Import Pocket saves (.csv)

Import your Pocket library into Web Highlights using the CSV file from Pocket’s export.

How it works

  1. Request a Pocket export — Go to getpocket.com/export, request an export, and wait for Pocket’s email. Unzip the archive (e.g. pocket.zip).
  2. Upload the CSV — In Web Highlights: Settings → Integrations → Pocket Import (.csv)Upload Pocket CSV File, then select the .csv from the export.
  3. Import — If the file is recognized, run the import to add your saved pages into Web Highlights.

When to use CSV vs JSON

  • Use this (.csv) flow when you mainly want saved URLs / reading list style data.
  • If Pocket gave you annotation JSON in the zip, use Pocket annotations (.json) instead to bring highlights into existing or new pages.
