Export to Capacities
Web Highlights integrates with Capacities, letting you export your highlights, notes, and page metadata as weblinks in your Capacities workspace.
How It Works
- Add your API token — Open Settings > Integrations and click "Export to Capacities". Enter your Capacities API token (found in the Capacities app at Settings > Capacities API).
- Select a space — Choose the Capacities space where your weblinks and highlights will be stored.
- Export a page — On any highlighted page, open the three-dot menu in the sidebar and select "Export to Capacities". Your weblink is created within seconds.
- Open in Capacities — An "Open in Capacities" button appears so you can jump straight to the created page.
What Gets Exported
Each export creates a Capacities weblink containing:
- All highlights from the page
- Your notes and annotations
- Page title, URL, and metadata
