Save bookmarks from your phone

Save pages as bookmarks in Web Highlights directly from your phone using the Share menu and the installable Web Highlights web app.

How it works

1. Install the web app — On your phone, open the Web Highlights web app in the browser. Use the browser’s Install app / Add to Home Screen option so Web Highlights behaves like an app.
2. Share a page — Open any site in the browser, tap Share, and choose Web Highlights from the share sheet.
3. Organize — After the page is saved, add tags in Web Highlights so you can find it later in the web app or extension.

Requirements

• A Web Highlights account with cloud sync (so saves appear in your library)
• A mobile browser that supports installable web apps and the system share sheet

TIP

After installing, Web Highlights can receive links the same way other apps do from Share — no separate “mobile app store” install required.
